The Anger Project: Film Screening & Collective Reflection

The Anger Project is currently creating a documentary-style film series, each short film highlighting one person’s anger story through movement and conversation. During this gathering, we will share one of these films, The Anger Project: Celina's Story, and create space to witness, reflect, and respond together.

The film explores experiences of addiction, recovery, and suicidality, and may bring up strong emotions for some viewers. Following the screening, participants will be invited into a facilitated, body-based process of reflection and collective sharing as we consider what becomes possible when anger is met with attention, care, and community.
