Undercurrents - A Community Grief Workshop
Through somatics, journaling, and group sharing, we’ll explore how recognizing and moving grief is essential to
the human experience. This workshop will contain some grief education, practices to encounter and transform grief, as well as space to witness each other.

Location: CATALYST Creative Collective (4500 N. Oracle Rd Suite 110). Please note: this is located inside the mall. The most convenient parking area is between Sears & JCPenny. Enter at Tucson Mall doors. Take the first right and CATALYST will be located on your left. This workshop will be facilitated in the Music Lab.
